- To connect Customers with nearby Merchants and Dispatch Riders.
- To process payments, calculate delivery fees and issue payouts to Partners.

How We Share Your Information
U1st Eats is a marketplace. To make deliveries work, we must share specific data:
- With Merchants: We share Customer names and order details so the Merchant can prepare the food or items.
- With Dispatch Riders: We share Customer names, phone numbers and delivery addresses so the Rider can deliver the order.
- With Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by Nigerian law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
